How do you care for your candle?

For our cotton wicks, Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. Keep candle free of any foreign materials. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Burn candles for 3-4 hours each time you light the candle. This will help the candle burn evenly.

Always burn candle within sight an always keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Never touch a burning candle or move a candle while the wax has liquified. For safety reasons, please stop burning candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the container.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refund or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our candles. Please e-mail MadisonGrayceCandles@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.

What should i do if my candles arrive broken?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please e-mail us at MadisonGrayceCandles@gmail.com with a picture of your broken candle and your order number, and we will get your replace shipped out for you.
