Meet The Maker
Hello there! My name is DeSheria Holliday, owner and creator of Madison & Grayce Candles. I am a Recruiting Manager by day and a candle maker by night.
I have a commitment to living a natural and healthy lifestyle. I decided to launch my hand poured soy candle line in an effort to share this lifestyle with family and friends. My inspiration behind the name Madison & Grayce comes from my two beautiful nieces, Layla Madison and Anaya Grayce. I decided to name my company after my nieces to inspire them, along with other young women to take a risk and go after their dreams.
Madison & Grayce Candles started two years ago in my small condo kitchen as a hobby which soon turned into a business. During this time, I was going through my natural hair care journey. I researched everything natural and organic, which was safe for the body and environment. It was then that I discovered soy wax and the benefits of burning soy candles vs paraffin candles. I never knew that the candles I enjoyed, burned off toxins and chemicals that were harmful to the air quality and environment.
